Vida Hofweber offers a warm space in which to welcome the spectrum of our human experience with compassion and deep listening. She will invite a slow, thoughtful conversation for you to share your experience of pain, anxiety, hopelessness, or confusion that develops mutual insight towards healing. Together, she will support you in identifying your strengths, your areas of resilience, and create strategies to meet your needs and coping skills that empower you. Vida will work with you to develop a rich relationship with yourself in therapy that builds towards a stronger sense of self and greater ease in your daily life. She will also work with you to create increased harmony and connection with those you love.
Vida Hofweber draws upon psychodynamic, somatic, person centered, polyvagal and attachment based modalities and interventions on the therapeutic journey to wholeness. In therapy, Vida’s approach is body centered and creative. In session, she may invite you to make movements, gestures, sounds, write, and invite artistic expression in service of helping you connect more deeply with yourself. Vida works at a pace that honors your nervous system.
Vida Hofweber has over ten years of experience working with adults in a variety of settings. She received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2012.
