  • Emotionally Focused Therapy

  • Relationship Support

Tamela specializes in the healing of trauma, family systems and domestic violence. EFT (emotionally focused therapy) and KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) provide her clients with clear paths to “do something different to find a better result.” She works primarily with couples to help them identify the cycles that keep them distant, lacking connection and intimacy. As well as being a counselor, she is also a pastor with a strong sense of social justice, unity and reconciliation.

A graduate of Medaille College in New York with a master’s in Mental Health Clinical Counseling, she is trained to work in conjunction with medical staff when necessary. Tamela supports her clients by communicating their mental health symptoms and diagnoses to their psychiatrists and primary physicians. She is also working closely with Center for New Growth to provide support for KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy).
