I have lived in Humboldt County for over three decades and received a bachelors degree in Sociology from Cal Poly Humboldt. I have dedicated my career to helping others through my roles as substance use disorder counselor and case manager, bringing compassion, deep listening, and a commitment to personal growth to my work.
I practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga and integrate these practices into my approach to well-being, fostering resilience and balance in myself and those I support. I have a deep passion for the natural world and outdoor recreation which reinforces my belief in nature’s healing power.
Above all, I value connection and community. As a husband and father of two boys, I understand the importance of presence, patience and authenticity in all aspects of life.
